Junior Client Services Associate

As a Junior Client Services Associate, you’ll help drive client projects, support marketing and PR initiatives, and ensure high-quality deliverables for leading middle-market private equity, investment banking, and private credit firms. This position combines project management, client communication, and hands-on execution in a collaborative setting.
Areas of Responsibility
Lead and organize multiple client engagements:
Understand each client’s strategic goals, business model, and growth objectives to shape aligned marketing, PR, and business development strategies
Develop detailed project plans, break down initiatives into actionable tasks, and set internal and external deadlines
Assign responsibilities to team members and track progress, adjusting as needed to ensure deadlines are met
Collaborate across Asana, Slack, Zoom, and email to keep clients and internal teams aligned and on track
Coordinate with creative and technical partners:
Work with designers, writers, and external vendors to produce marketing and PR materials
Partner with developers to manage and update client websites or support new site launches
Support marketing and communications efforts:
Draft articles, press releases, email campaigns, and social media content
Execute client press release and media outreach strategies
Manage and post content on client social channels (primarily LinkedIn)
Build and update PowerPoint presentations and marketing collateral
Measure and refine campaign performance:
Track effectiveness using proprietary tools and data; provide insights to clients and internal teams
Engage directly with clients:
Participate in client calls (phone/Zoom), providing updates, addressing needs, and ensuring client satisfaction
Contribute to MiddleM’s growth:
Support the firm's own marketing and branding efforts, including website and social media
Take on cross-functional initiatives that strengthen our team and company as we scale
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years in project management
Prefer PR or marketing/advertising agency background or another form of multi-client management experience; financial services experience a plus
Proven track record in managing complex client projects with multiple team members and tight deadlines
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication abilities
Professional and confident demeanor with a consultative approach to client-facing interactions; comfortable interacting with C-suite executives
Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills
Skilled at organizing, analyzing, and presenting data and marketing/PR deliverables using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Reply.io, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and/or DealCloud
Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Asana, Slack, and Canva is a plus
Growth-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and process improvement
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic client ecosystem and adapt to shifting priorities
Strong work ethic, high integrity, transparency, and genuine enthusiasm for the work
Compensation + Benefits
Salary range of $55-$70k, commensurate with experience. Significant bonus potential based on personal and firm performance
Full-time remote position with structured schedule (i.e., standing client and team calls weekly, varying calls as-needed throughout the day for client communication, Mon-Fri EST business working hours)
